Send text to Anthropic?

AI features use Anthropic's Claude API with your own API key. When you use them, Margin sends:

AI alternates — the paragraph you're working on
Trim, Checks and ReduceSlop — the whole document (without ghosted text or overflow)

Nothing is sent unless you use one of these. Anthropic's handling of API data is described in its privacy policy. Removing your API key in Settings withdraws this permission.

These apply right away. Scale and key are for the musical-notes sound: major and minor use all seven notes, pentatonic five that never clash. ⇧⌘T switches typewriter mode (typewriter font + sound) on and off.
